Brian Buhr, PhD Iowa State University 1992, Professor, Interim Dean, College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences (CFSANS) and Interim Director, Minnesota Agricultural Experiment Station.

Founder's Day will be held on Saturday March 29th, 2014 at the Ramada Plaza on Industrial Blvd and I-35W (exit 22) starting at 2:00 p.m. with the Annual Meeting.During the Annual Meeting, Minnesota FarmHouse will host an Ag Perspectives Panel featuring Minnesota FarmHouse alumni Ag Leaders. Five Minnesota FarmHouse Ag Leader alumni will address issues facing agriculture today such as the biggest drivers for change in the next 5-10 years, what they see as the most significant challenges facing agriculture and where they see the greatest opportunities. Each will make opening comments regarding those issues and a question/answer/discussion period will follow. Join us for some stimulating discussion.

Following the 5:00-6:00 p.m. reception, Dr. Brian Buhr, Interim Dean of CFANS, will be our featured Banquet Speaker.

The banquet is $50 per person and the funds will go to offsetting the cost of the actives as well as supporting the association costs during the building process.

We are seeking individuals to run for the Association Executive Board (2 year commitment) with interest in coordinating Alumni activities and communication or serving as an assistant treasurer (should live in the Twin Cities metro area).
